Description
Forest Columbine or aquilegia, aquilegia vulgaris from the buttercup family, - this decorative flower with its beautiful blue petals is the symbol of humility. At the same time the columbine symbolized sexual power, impermanence or the abandoned lover. The shape and color of this flower make this picture extraordinary. In my flower collection you will find many similar flower paintings painted in the same style that together make up a great picture composition.

Ha ha ha 🌸 Patricia 😊 ! That explains what I thought could have been a momentarily brain-freeze. I am glad that you restored 'Forest Columbine' to its rightful place ! 🙂

Re Least liked Contest... I don't know about you, and why you don't like this painting 🤷♀️ Patricia , but I think it is fabulous ! 🌝
Patricia Piotrak replied:
:-) oh how embarrassing, I read the title of the contest wrong (was late, had no glasses on) ... I read "YOUR LAST FAVORITE" ... and not "least Favorite"... :-))) I love this picture! Now I have added a picture from my "very very boring collection" :-)
